  I never write reviews but I will have to write one. I am helping the seller move. Jody not only will help the potential buyer of any problems he also can help the seller with unknown questions that need to be asked. He takes his job very seriously. As pointed out with the inspection of a house 70 miles outside of San Angelo. He was on time and explained a few things that will not only help the buyer but the seller. If you ever decide to buy or sale your home call him and ask a few questions. As being on the seller side this time I would recommend using his service before you sale your home as well. Make sure you know what could be a potential problem before you ever sale any property. I will always use him in the future... I have never met him until today 3/20/2017 . Never buy or sale any real estate without an inspection..Thank You very much for being polite and very helpful on both ends of the process. Thank you again..SL and TB

  Jody did a great job. He was thorough and explained all the details in his inspection. He did not give us his opinion, but merely stated what he saw that was a problem or would become a problem. He also showed us the positive aspects of the house, which is always nice to hear about the good things. Buyers and sellers alike would be wise to hire Jody for inspections because of his honesty and attention to detail. All in all we are very happy with his inspection and excited to be in our new house.

  If you need an inspection done I would for sure call and ask for Jody Babiash. He is polite, dependable and thorough in what he does. He will explain to you what all he sees and what needs to be fixed. This is the second time I have used him and he has impressed me yet again. If I ever have to get another home inspection I will for sure be calling him back. Thank you for all you do Jody
