- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had been with Texas State Bank for over 15 years and finally had enough. I tried getting a preauthorization on a loan for a car and it was very time sensitive. I explain this to the rep and after following up numerous times...the rep went on vacation, never followed up, and I missed purchasing the vehicle because of their irresponsibility. Switch my accounts to Qualtrust and Bank of America and haven't had any problems!By William Harris, August 06, 2017
